Palo Guaco has been traditionally used to support the smooth muscles of the respiratory tract, promoting comfortable breathing and healthy airflow. It contains naturally occurring plant constituents including mikanin and alphinetin, traditionally associated with respiratory wellness.

Available in 4 oz raw root or 100 capsules.

How to Prepare (Raw Root)

1. Place 3 pieces in 3 cups of steamed distilled water
2. Let soak for 30 minutes
3. Bring water to a boil, then simmer on low for 10 minutes
4. Turn off flame and let steep for 20 minutes
5. Drink one cup twice daily, 4 days a week for 3 weeks
6. Take a break the 4th week, then resume the following week

Palo Guaco root pieces can be reused up to 5 times before discarding.
